Kody Mas Promoted to Supervisor of Operations in Illinois

Kody Mas has been promoted to Supervisor of Operations at Tower Loan, advancing into a regional leadership role overseeing operations across Illinois. In this position, Mas will focus on building a strong, accountable team culture, developing future leaders, and helping his team consistently achieve strong results.

Mas began his Tower Loan career as a Manager Trainee and has gained experience working in both Galesburg and Peoria, Illinois. He later advanced to Branch Manager in Peoria, where his hands-on approach to training and developing others helped prepare future managers and support the Illinois team’s continued success. Each experience gave him a different perspective on the business and helped prepare him for his new supervisory role.

Mas is originally from Illinois and attended Western Illinois University, where he studied business. He describes his leadership style as supportive and team-oriented, focused on creating an environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and encouraged to grow.

“I’m most looking forward to the opportunity to continue growing as a leader while making a positive impact on my team,” said Mas. “Growth at Tower means more than moving into a new position. It’s about continuously developing yourself, helping others succeed, and taking on new challenges.”
