Richard Walley Promoted to Senior Supervisor

Richard Walley, a ten-year employee of Tower Loan, has once again proven his exceptional work ethic and leadership skills, earning him a well-deserved promotion. Walley, originally from Ridgeland, Mississippi, has been a critical player in the success of his offices since being promoted to Supervisor five years ago. His dedication and ability to rise to challenges have not gone unnoticed.

A graduate of Belhaven University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Walley began his career at Tower Loan training in the Richland, Mississippi office. From there, he managed offices in Mississippi in Columbus, Batesville, Pascagoula, and Southwest Jackson.

Throughout his career, Walley has been recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious Rookie of the Year in 2015 and the Tower Spirit Award in 2018. He is also a proud graduate of Tower University in 2016, a leadership development program that spots unique talent for potential promotions and training with other managers.

Walley enjoys various outdoor activities outside of work, including hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and water skiing. His love for the outdoors is often shared with his five-year-old son, Parker, who enjoys tubing with his dad and cruising around the neighborhood on their golf cart.
