Keona Fields Promoted to Supervisor of Operations in Illinois

Keona Fields has been promoted to Supervisor of Operations at Tower Loan, advancing into a regional leadership role overseeing operations across Illinois. In this position, Fields will focus on training and developing her team, supporting their growth, and helping lead them toward continued success.

Fields began her Tower Loan career in May 2009 as a Manager Trainee in Columbus, Mississippi, and returned to the company in 2022. Throughout her career with Tower, she has held several leadership roles, including Branch Manager in De Soto, Missouri; Co-Branch Manager and Senior Branch Manager in St. Charles, Missouri; Branch Manager in St. Peters, Missouri; and Senior Branch Manager in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Each experience has shaped her as a leader and strengthened her commitment to developing others.

Fields is originally from Houston, Mississippi, and graduated from Mississippi State University in 2009. She describes her leadership style as coaching-focused, with an emphasis on helping team members grow and achieve their goals.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to develop and help others succeed while supporting my team, even when things are challenging,” said Fields. “Growth at Tower means continuing to learn and having a greater impact on the people and organization around me.”

Throughout her career at Tower Loan, Fields has earned several internal recognitions, including the Spirit Award and Most Consistent. She served four years on the Leadership Council and is also a graduate of Tower University.
