Customer Service Issues

At Tower Loan we value the relationship we have with every customer in every office. However, there are times where a situation may need special attention. Our experience is that most situations can be solved by speaking directly to the Branch Manager of the office. However, if after speaking to the Branch Manager your issue is not completely resolved, please direct it to the Area Supervisor.

Credit Reporting Disputes

Tower Loan reports credit inquires and the performance of the accounts it services monthly to Transunion and Equifax. Tower reports one time a month, typically by the 20th each month. All transactions, including but not limited to loan origination, payments made and account balances are reported the month following the month they occur. This means, for example, any loan opened or any payment made in the month of January, will report to Equifax and Transunion approximately on February 20th.

If you believe there has been inaccurate reporting of your account, please complete the information below so Tower can review and attempt to resolve it. If after that review you are not completely satisfied, you have the option of disputing the reporting directly with the credit reporting agencies at:

Pursuant to Tower Loan’s Privacy Policy, if you wish to opt-out you may provide your information below. This will eliminate your information from being shared by Tower Loan with anyone outside our affiliated companies.
