Stefan Young Named New Supervisor in Texas

Stefan Young, Senior Branch Manager in Kenner, Louisiana, has accepted his new role as Supervisor in Texas.

Stefan has been with Tower for five years. He is originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi. He now oversees eight of Tower’s Texas locations.

Stefan began his career with Tower at our Southwest Jackson, Mississippi branch as a Manager Trainee. He quickly moved up and became a manager at the same branch, then moved to North Jackson. He jumped to Garland, Texas, and his final position before Supervisor was a Senior Manager in Kenner, Louisiana. He was promoted to Supervisor on February 22^, 2024.

Stefan says, “I love the opportunities Tower can offer. There are no limitations on your growth and development. I wouldn’t be in my position today without the countless people who cared about my journey and my ambitions. I love teaching, training, and developing my people. Overall, I love to pour knowledge into my people. I believe that as a person in our position, we must inspire our people and help mold them into the best possible version of themselves. “Be a leader that inspires others around you.”

Stefan is a two-times-million-dollar club recipient and salutatorian of his Tower University class in 2023.

He attended Jackson State University and is a proud Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. member.
