Elizabeth Barrier Steps into a New Leadership Role

Elizabeth Barrier, Branch Manager in Philadelphia, Mississippi, has accepted her new role as Supervisor in Louisiana.

Elizabeth has been with Tower Loan for nine years. She was raised in Philadelphia, Mississippi. She now works as a supervisor in Louisiana, managing several different branches.

She began her career at Tower in her hometown as a Customer Service Representative and has since been moved around. She started her journey to success as a Manager Trainee in Philadelphia. She was quickly promoted to manager and managed multiple branches, including Forrest, Mississippi, Kenner, Louisiana, and back to Philadelphia, Mississippi until she was promoted to Supervisor and moved to Louisiana on February 1st of this year.

Barrier says, “In the beginning, I loved Tower because I could grow and move up the ladder. Now, it is the people I work with. I love being able to train the managers. I love the team of other supervisors I work with”.

She has received dozens of awards and recognitions with Tower, including being the Rookie of the Year in 2018 and on the leaderboard three times for Top Customer Service Representative in the company. She is truly a team player.
