Dante Castro Promoted to Supervisor in Illinois

Dante Castro, Branch Manager in Farmington, Missouri, has accepted his new role as Supervisor in Illinois.

Dante has been with Tower Loan for seven years. He is from Farmington, Missouri, and now oversees eight offices in Illinois.

He joined the company in November 2017 as a Manager Trainee in Farmington, Missouri. He then moved into a managerial role in Washington, Missouri, and was later promoted to manager positions in Peoria, Illinois, and Marion, Illinois. Eventually, he returned to Farmington, Missouri, for his final managerial role before becoming the Supervisor.

During Castro’s time as manager, he was accredited with various important accomplishments. While managing the Washington, Missouri branch, it won Office of the Year both years he was there, in 2018 and 2019. In one of these years, he also won Lowest Net Losses for the branch. Castro believes another contribution to this promotion is his skill at turning around problem offices and stepping up to manage more employees.

Castro holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
