Dalton Matthai Promoted from Senior Manager in South Shreveport, Louisiana, to Supervisor in Alabama

Dalton Matthai has accepted his new role from Senior Manager in South Shreveport, Louisiana, to Supervisor in Alabama.

Dalton has been with Tower Loan for nine years. He is originally from Leesville, Alabama, but has spent all his career in Louisiana until now. He transferred to his home state to take on this new position, where he now oversees 7 offices. 

He began his career with Tower Loan in 2015 as a Manager Trainee in Many, Louisiana. He then became the manager of Tallulah, Louisiana, and was promoted to Springhill less than a year later. He became Monroe, Louisiana’s Co-Manager and then stepped back into the manager position again in W Monroe, Louisiana, and Bastrop, Louisiana, before his latest position as Senior Manager in South Shreveport, Louisiana, where he is now a Supervisor.

During his third year at Tower Loan, he won the prestige award of Rookie of the Year. He also accredited himself as the valedictorian of his class at Tower University, a program promoting leadership development.

Dalton is currently pursuing his BBA in Marketing at The University of West Alabama.
